Refund policy

We want you to love your Drill Mat. If it is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This is on top of your legal rights, which are not affected.

Changed your mind

• You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it. The law gives you 14 days; we give you 30.
• Email don@boxingdrillmat.co.uk with your order number. We will reply within 2 working days with the returns address.
• Send the mat back within 14 days of telling us. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
• You pay the cost of return postage when you have changed your mind.
• The mat should be unused or only tried briefly, and returned in its original packaging where possible. If it has been handled more than needed to check it, or is damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

• If your mat arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo.
• We will pay for the return and give you a full refund, including any delivery charge, or send a replacement if you prefer.
• After 30 days, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply. We will repair or replace a faulty mat, and if that is not possible, refund you.

Your refund

• We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the mat back, or of you showing us proof you have sent it, if earlier.
• We will email you when your refund has been processed. Banks can take 3 to 5 working days to show it.

Exchanges

The easiest way to swap is to return your mat for a refund and place a new order.

Orders from Amazon or trade accounts

If you bought on Amazon, please return it through your Amazon account so Amazon can process the refund. Gym, club and trade orders follow the terms on your quote or invoice.
