Shipping policy

All Drill Mat orders placed on this website are sent from the UK by our own team.

Delivery charges

• Free standard delivery on every order to a UK address.
• Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take 1 to 3 days longer.

Dispatch and delivery times

• All orders are dispatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, not bank holidays).
• Delivery normally takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
• You will get an email with tracking details when your order is on its way.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. For orders from outside the UK, or for gym and club orders, please email don@boxingdrillmat.co.uk and we will quote you directly.

If your order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us with your order number and we will track it down, and send a replacement or refund you if it has been lost.

Damaged in transit

If your mat arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us within 30 days. We will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you. See our Refund policy.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
